It's forgiving yourself for the days you fall short and celebrating the days you show up, no matter the capacity.
What does this mean for you? Rethink your goals.
No gym? A living room stretch works just fine.
Tight budget? Saving a little is better than not at all.
Writer’s block? One sentence is still progress.
